Marcus dictates while driving. Herald books viewings, sends directions to buyers and moves his day when a seller cancels.

Before

Voicemails, missed callbacks, a notebook on the dash.

After

Viewings confirmed by text, calendar always current.

In their words

“I’m in the car all day. Herald is the only assistant that works there.”
