Using Herald

Herald is a personal assistant you reach by text. You must be 18 or over to use it, and you’re responsible for the accounts you connect.

What Herald does for you

Herald acts only within the permissions you give it. Anything that costs money or speaks for you needs your approval unless you’ve set a rule that allows it.

Payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time by texting “cancel”; you keep access until the end of the period.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll text you at least 14 days before.
